EasyJet employees are located all over Europe and so this made communicating the results of a company-wide employee engagement survey pretty tricky! They came to us to see if we could provide a personal and engaging message for their employees to be delivered by the CEO of the company.
The EasyJet CEO, Carolyn McCall had very limited availability, so we took the Mobile Studio to her office. We recorded her delivering a personalised video featuring the engagement results of 26 EasyJet hub airports. Just 24 hours later they were all available for employees to view via their smartphones.
Carolyn was able to record all the videos messages without having to leave her office which meant there was no additional travel time added to her day. Also, because we were able to edit the majority of the footage live as it was filmed, the editing time for these videos was minimal. This saved time as well as money and meant that employees were able to view these important messages at a time that was convenient to them.
