Live Streaming of CEO Presentations

Live Streaming of CEO Presentations

The Problem

Cambridge University Press wanted to live stream a Quarterly Briefing from their Chief Executive in Cambridge to their employees all over the world. They also wanted people to be able to ask questions and interact while they were tuned into the live broadcast.

The Solution

We set up a secure branded video streaming site for their employees to log onto, and using our Mobile Studio system, we broadcast 5 separate Briefings in one day. We integrated the Press’s video conferencing system so people all over the world could  interact in the live Q&As.

By broadcasting the event on one of our secure video streaming sites, employees were able to view the briefing whether in the office or working in the field. Hosting five briefings in one day meant employees across the globe were able to view it live and participate in Q&As. The five briefings were all recorded and added to the video hosting site at the end of the day, so anyone who missed it could watch the footage at a later date. An additional benefit to our client was that due to our background in live events and conferencing, we were able to offer additional staging, lighting and sound equipment to increase the overall professionalism of the event.
